I try to stick to a menu as it helps me ensure variety and plan ahead. Below is the Menu I plan to although it's not set in stone and we do vary from it.

- Fish pie, peas and sweetcorn

Monday
- Chicken or turkey meat balls with sundried tomatoes rice and veg
Tuesday
- Macaroni cheese
Thursday
- Sausage “Hot Pot” (sausage & vegetable casserole) with mashed potatoes or rice
Friday
- Fish cakes & mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables
Week 3
Monday
- Cottage pie & steamed vegetables
Tuesday
- Tortellini with “hidden vegetable” tomato sauce
Thursday
- Tuna risotto
Friday
- Fish fingers, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables
