I try to stick to a menu as it helps me ensure variety and plan ahead.  Below is the Menu I plan to although it's not set in stone and we do vary from it.

Week 1

Monday

  • Beef burgers, couscous with steamed vegetables

Tuesday

  • Spaghetti bolognaise

Thursday

  • Veg risotto

Friday

  • Fish pie, peas and sweetcorn

 

Week 2

Monday

  • Chicken or turkey meat balls with sundried tomatoes rice and veg

Tuesday

  • Macaroni cheese

Thursday

  • Sausage “Hot Pot” (sausage & vegetable casserole) with mashed potatoes or rice

Friday

  • Fish cakes & mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables

 

 

Week 3

Monday

  • Cottage pie & steamed vegetables

Tuesday

  • Tortellini with “hidden vegetable” tomato sauce

Thursday

  • Tuna risotto

Friday

  • Fish fingers, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables
